'The Chand Bazaar Season 2' starts from Monday on the occasion of Eid

Dhaka is set to witness one of the grandest Eid celebrations this year as Dhaka Bank presents “The Chand Bazaar Season 2” Powered by Singer/Beko kicks off at the Aloki Convention Center from March 24 to March 27. All set to begin with a blast, this event promises to be the ultimate Eid shopping fair for this year’s Eid-ul-Fitr.
From 2 PM to 4 AM daily, families and friends can enjoy a diverse shopping experience featuring everything from trendy Eid wear, jewelry to home accessories. The festival will be held under one roof, providing a hassle-free, overcrowd-free shopping experience, featuring numerous renowned brand stalls.
A key highlight is the food zone, open from Iftar to Sehri, offering a variety of cuisines to satisfy every taste bud. The venue will be decked out in a stunning Middle Eastern theme, enhancing the festive spirit. There will also be a dedicated performance zone featuring Qawwali, Sufi music, Ghazal, Shayeri, fire dance performances etc to keep visitors entertained throughout the four days.
For those seeking to indulge in traditional customs, a beautifully decorated Mehedi zone will allow guests to enjoy intricate and Eid festive henna designs. In addition, workshops on baking, origami, healthy lifestyle and other categories will be available for all to enjoy and learn.
