Bangladesh Finance and AGAM International Join Hands to Provide Advance Salary Solutions

Bangladesh Finance has signed a strategic agreement with AGAM International to provide advance financial services to employees of private organizations against their earned salaries; aiming to ensure financial access in times of need, without the burden of high-interest loans.

Under the arrangement, Bangladesh Finance will extend advance salary facilities to registered members of AGAM through its fully digital lending solution, supported by AGAM’s innovative app-based platform PRAPTI. This partnership seeks to redefine how salaried individuals can access funds; securely, instantly, and with complete transparency.

The agreement was formally signed by Md Kyser Hamid, Managing Director and CEO of Bangladesh Finance, and Shabnam Nida Wazed, Founder & CEO of AGAM International, at a ceremony held recently. Senior officials from both organizations were also present at the event.

Speaking on the occasion, Kyser Hamid said,
“This partnership is another step towards democratizing finance. Our goal is to deliver smart, inclusive banking solutions that bring ease and efficiency to people’s lives. With this product, employees in need no longer have to rely on informal sources at exorbitant interest rates. They can access advance salaries for the days they have worked; quickly and fairly.”

Shabnam Nida Wazed added,
“We believe access to finance should be a right, not a privilege. Through PRAPTI, we are removing the friction traditionally associated with financial services; from long queues to paperwork and unnecessary delays. With Bangladesh Finance as our partner, we are ready to serve working individuals with dignity and speed.”

This digital salary advance solution is designed to support financial well-being by offering on-demand liquidity, especially during emergencies; enabling salaried individuals to manage their finances with greater control and confidence.
